Parish wide emails and publication on the website have shorter lead times.

Content submittal tips and best practices:
- Proofread your content!
- Give your content a working title that we may choose to use.
- Keep your content short, simple, and to the point.
- Make sure your content is complete, with the most vital information at the top.
- If you are including images, please make sure they are:
- original images that we have permission to use (and that you have permission to use the images if there are people in them)
- images that we own the rights to use (i.e. purchased from a stock photo site)
- Note: if submitting images, please email them to Sarah AND Carolyn
- Know that the communications team may edit your ministry’s content in a way that retains the original meaning but makes the content easier for the reader to consume on each platform.
- If you are having trouble with the ReCaptcha on the Communications Request form:
- try refreshing the page and trying again
- fill out the form as expediently as possible, it will time out and reject your response
- update your browser
- The ReCaptcha is used to block spam and bot content from submitting responses on our website.
