Prayer Network
In the same way, the Spirit too comes to the aid of our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we ought, but the Spirit itself intercedes with inexpressible groanings. And the one who searches hearts knows what is the intention of the Spirit, because it intercedes for the holy ones according to God’s will. ~ Romans 8:26-27 NAB
The St. Patrick-St. Anthony Prayer Network consists of approximately fifty parishioners who commit themselves to praying daily for those in need. Those who commit themselves to prayer set aside time each day to turn their thoughts and the deep expressions of their hearts to God on behalf of specific members of our parish community, who have asked for prayers or for whom the Prayer Network has been asked to pray.
In praying for others, members of the Prayer Network learn of their own need for God and become more sensitive to the needs of others. Each member of the Prayer Network receives and forwards prayer requests to other members of the network via phone or email. Requests for prayer can be made by filling out the form at the link below, emailing [email protected], or calling 860-756-4034, ext. 162.

Other Ways We Hold You In Prayer
The Prayer of the Faithful
The Prayer of the Faithful during Mass is when we pray for the sick and those that have died.
If you would like to add someone who is sick to the Prayer of the Faithful, please obtain permission from the sick individual or a member of the sick person’s family before calling Father John at 860-756-4034 ext. 129.
If the person you would like to add to Prayer of the Faithful has died, please call Fr. John at 860-756-4034 ext. 129 to discuss.
Prayer of the Faithful is composed on Fridays of each week, so it is appreciated if we receive names for that weekend on Thursday or before.
Prayer Intention Book
You can find our Prayer Intention Book in church to the left of the sanctuary, near the Baptismal font. Please feel free to write in any requests for prayers. These intentions will be remembered by the faith community once a month at our weekend Masses.
