Join us at Hammonasset Beach in Madison, CT for Mass and a fun community day on Sunday, July 20, 2025!
The beach Mass will be at 10:00 am in “Shelter 3,” a picnic pavilion with convenient parking and it’s close to the beach. (see map below) The area circled in RED is where we will be!

We have reserved Pavilion 3, a handicapped accessible picnic area and pavilion. There are picnic tables and two grills, and a concession stand is in the area.
From Hammonasset’s website: This shelter is ADA Accessible and has 12 picnic tables available. 2 Pedestal Grills available. 500 feet to: restrooms, showers, first aid assistance. Concession stand is 1000 feet from pavilion. Beach is 500 feet from pavilion Pavilion size: 20 X 60 feet (1200 square feet)
Meigs Point Nature Center will be open and trails are in the area too!
Please try to arrive early. It is an hour drive for many of us, and on a beautiful weekend day, the parking areas might fill early.
Bring chairs, beach blankets, all your beach gear, and a picnic for your family.
(All regular Masses in the church at St. Patrick – St. Anthony will also be held: Saturday at 4:00 pm, and Sunday at 8:00, 10:00, 11:45 am and 5:00 pm)
