This exhibition celebrated Fr. Murphy’s life through his personal drawings and sketches made while traveling and contemplating art and architecture in Europe during the 1940s. These works were intimate in scale and content providing an understanding of Fr. Murphy’s concern for human dignity within the scope of nature and the man-made world.
