Faces of Nature: Painting by Fr. John Murphy, OFM was the premier exhibition for the Clare Gallery featuring the works of artist & educator.
John Murphy held master and doctoral degrees from the Medieval Institute at the University of Notre Dame. His specialties were Medieval and Renaissance history and the history of art. John taught at Sienna College in Loudonville, New York for 30 years before entering the pastoral profession, first in New York and then in Hartford, Connecticut.
