Centering Yoga

October 7, 2023 @ 9:00 am – 10:00 am

Parishioner Michael Leahy (YTT 200) will lead a free yoga class Saturday from 9-10 am in Rooms 9 & 10 on the lower level of the Franciscan Center for Urban Ministry. All levels of experience and ability are welcome!
